How does the builder work?
The builder converts your selection into cases and packs, then helps you choose foil lots and box runs. It prepares an enquiry; it does not place an order. You can also send an enquiry before choosing quantities.
Can I request samples and a remaining shelf-life guarantee?
Trade buyers can request samples through our enquiry form. We review requests and reply within 3 working days. The minimum remaining shelf life at pick-up is 180 days for every product. Review the sheet for your selected line.

Minis and 3 × 60 g multipacks use the white box. Double Donuts have a dedicated kraft carton and separate private-label box runs; multipack and Power Donuts private-label configurations remain to be confirmed.

Sample policy
Who can request samples
Samples are for trade buyers only. We send them to:
• Importers and distributors
• Retail chains and independent retailers
• Foodservice and HoReCa operators
• Brands looking for a private label partner
We are not able to send samples to private individuals.
How to request samples
1. Send your request through Samples & enquiries and choose “Request samples”.
2. We review every request and reply within 3 working days.
3. If your request is approved, we confirm what we will send, the delivery terms and a date for a short feedback call.
Complimentary evaluation kit
Importers, distributors and retailers whose business fits our range receive a complimentary evaluation kit. It includes:
• Retail packs of the products you are interested in
• Specification sheets with ingredients, allergens, nutrition, shelf life, and case and pallet configuration
• Our product catalogue and certificates, including FSSC 22000
• A price list on request
For some requests, we ship complimentary samples on your courier account with DHL, FedEx or UPS, DPD
planning the journey.

- Required transport temperature
- Temperature-controlled transport is recommended when temperatures exceed 25 °C. For sea transport, temperature-controlled transportation is recommended because of humidity.
