Founded in 1997, Lubimka Ltd. has roots in traditional Bulgarian desserts. LittleHappy™ Bakery is our newer venture making baked donuts and muffins for wholesale and private-label ranges.

A little lighter: baked, not fried.

  • No frying oil. Every donut is oven-baked, never fried. No frying oil anywhere in the process.
  • No partially hydrogenated fats. None in any recipe. The fatty-acid profile is in every product specification.
  • Ambient, not chilled. 180 days at 0–25 °C and no refrigerated storage on your shelf. For transport above 25 °C or by sea, see our transport guidance.
  • Full pallets, planned. Shelf-ready cartons sized to the EUR pallet, so every load leaves Sofia full.
